CANCELLATION POLICY

AHL understands that sometimes it’s necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. 

Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance via text and/or email.

 
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. 

Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

As a courtesy, please inform AHL as soon as you know you are going to miss your appointment and we will happily reschedule it for you.
